  West Coast Swing Brisbane for the year! Join us for another workshop intr
 oducing you to the amazing dancers and teachers Brisbane has to offer.\nWi
 th that in mind, this workshop will be taught by the wonderful Anjelika Th
 ieves, who will be travelling all the way from Runcorn.\nDoors will open a
 t 3pm with Anjelika's workshop starting at 3:30. If you aren't attending t
 he workshop, the plan is to have dinner across the street from the venue a
 t the Australian National Hotel at 6:00pm, mosey back across the street fo
 r an hour of power from 7 to 8pm and then more social dancing from 8 to 10
 pm.\nPlease remember to buy your tickets in advance, just in case the even
 t sells out, however unlikely.\nFAQ:Why wasn't there an event in March? Do
  you hate us or something?With Southern Lights Swing, Swingvasion, and an 
 already excellent workshop being run by Zaddy, we didn't want to overload 
 people's schedules and assumed everyone would already be a bit workshopped

 not make the same mistake in the future.\nWhat is the Hour of Power?The Ho
 ur of Power is the initial hour of social dancing, where the songs are eit
 her short or edited down to around 2 minutes. This lets you dance with mor
 e people and means newer dancers don't have to worry about only knowing a
