Hour of Power! - will cover all the fundamental concepts and techniques that will set you up for success for the rest of the workshop. If you are new to West Coast Swing (< 6 months) you have the option of just attending the first hour of workshops + half hour social for $25. If you love what you learned in the first hour, then you can choose to continue into the second workshop, just pay the difference of $50.

 

Let's explore! - The next 2 hours will be dedicated to expanding on these techniques and applying them to more complex content. This format enables smoother progression over the afternoon, and more opportunity to dive deep into the content.

 

There will be a 30 minute break in between the workshops to rest/social dance. Feel free to bring snacks. Plus there will be more social dancing after the workshops so you can practice the concepts before you go home!

 

GENERAL INFO
A Saturday afternoon of workshops, social dancing, plus a community dinner to top off a good day’s work! This is an opportunity to follow-up your West Coast Swing learning before Asia Open and Swingsation. These workshops are open to all levels and will be progressive.

 

No need to bring a partner, although we will try and keep the leader/follower ratio as close as possible and waitlist followers if necessary. Please register early to ensure your spot.

Limited private lesson spots are available with Nathan Walsh and Reasmey Tith, a non-refundable deposit of $20 required upon booking. Priority is given to those who register and pay for the workshops, contact them directly via Messenger or email to book.

Katrina Branson is a WCS Champion with 20+ years’ experience in the US and international WCS circuits. She has worked with many of the top-level dancers in Australia over the years. This is your chance to absorb some of her wealth of knowledge and take your WCS to the next level.
